Prepare an Excel/CSV with columns: title · builder_name · locality · pincode · bhk · sqft · price_paise · possession_date · rera_id · tag · segment
STEP 1 — PREPARE
Format the Excel
Export any broker or agent listings to Excel. Convert price to paise (₹82 Lakhs = 8200000 paise). Set tag to ready, uc or new. Set segment to bgt / mid / prm / ulp / lux.
STEP 2 — LOAD
Paste SQL into Supabase
Go to supabase.com → SQL Editor → New Query. Paste INSERT INTO properties rows. Run. Properties appear live immediately.
